Every time I've been to cici I get sick but today we went and the food was amazing. And they kept the food fresh and it was delicious! Definitely making this my new store. Worth the hour drive.

Food was fresh, salad items were chopped into nice bite size pieces, and dessert was warm! Staff was friendly. Although the restaurant was full of people, there was never a wait for food. Thank you for making our meal ( for 13 of us) enjoyable!
2023 Review- Great customer service. I noticed there was less meat and cheese on some of the pizza's. Ranch for salad was excellent not sure what their using this time, but please keep it. I'm giving them 5 stars because the buffet is always well maintained and full. Lastly, ordering a custom made pizza is fast and easy. 2022 Review- 3.14 buffet deal today, but employee had no idea. I feel there needs to be morning meetings discussing promotional deals. Overall the buffet was good and my pizza's were delicious. The only thing I wouldn't order again is the deep dish pizza. 2022 Review-Most of my pick-up order was wrong. I'm glad i checked everything before I walked out. I asked for a refund for my wings because the flavor I ordered was wrong and the toppings on my pizza were also wrong. I'm not sure what was going on this time, but I should've received a refund on my pizza also. They actually wanted me to wait for them to correct the mistake. I shouldn't have to wait 30 more minutes, for y'all to correct a very simple order. I will stick with the buffet if I return, but please stop putting soo much butter on the cinnamon rolls. 2022 Review-This location can be easily overlooked. The establishment is well managed and has a drive-thur. I requested a variety of pizzas and they were all delicious. The manager did a great job preparing orders and taking care of customers.
This location was one of the best experiences I have ever had in Cicis. We came on Halloween night, and even though they were so full, it didn't feel like that at all. We never waited for food, and it was super fresh every time. Management was definitely prepared to give their customers a great experience in this busy night. I'm truly impressed and glad we decided to stay to eat.
The manager is amazing. She is very nice and very professional at the same time. She introduces the food you request by herself. In fact, I drive 9 miles to go this branch because of her although I have other branches nearby my home, but I prefer to come here because of the amazing customer service, the cleanliness of the place, and this professional manager. Thank you very much!!
